How can I pay my rent online?

We offer a convenient option to pay your rent online and manage your account.  This is our preferred payment method.  You can pay with an automatic withdrawl from your bank account(free) or by credit card (with a fee).  By signing up for this service, you will have access to an exclusive portal featuring account ledger and payment history.  If we have your email, we have already sent you a link to enroll.  If we don’t have your email or you didn’t receive the link, please go to our website click the Enroll link above and follow the instructions. 

How do I make a maintenance request?

If you sign up to access your tenant portal, you will see that we have a maintenance request form built into the site.  Please use this for routine, non-emergency maintenance requests.  You can describe the issue in detail and even attach photos of the problem.  When you submit your work order, it will be date and time stamped and routed to the correct parties.   If you submit the request during normal business hours, you will usually get a prompt response(usually within two to four hours).  All of our maintenance providers are independent vendors so we will not give them keys to your premises and someone will need to be home to provide access.   

If you have an EMERGENCY request, please do not submit it through the tenant portal.  Instead, please call our 24/7 call center at (714) 777-0524 to report the problem.
