On September 1, 2011, Mike Flory Real Estate Services merged with Monticello Property Management. The combined company now manages a diverse Southern California real estate portfolio which includes residential, commercial and retail assets, homeowners association contracts, and tenant advisory agreements. What do you advertise and fill vacancies?

Most prospects who are looking for a new home to rent start their search online. We syndicate our ads to every major realty website including, Zillow,, Google, Craigslist, etc.. We respond to inquiries, prescreen prospects and show rental properties in person seven days a week. This approach turns qualified leads into tenants quickly and efficiently.

How do you screen prospective tenants?

We understand that quality tenants are the cornerstone of a successful real estate investment.  We don't rush to put just anyone in your property.  We utilize a meticulous screening process to insure that only the best candidates are approved. This includes in-person property showings, running current credit reports on all adult applicants and verifying employment, income and former landlord references.

How are maintenance issues handled?

We have a network of prescreened vendors and contractors who can address virtually any maintenance issue that might arise at your property. These vendors are affordable and reliable. We use a sophisticated software that manages work order flow from start to finish.
